Lately I’ve been flooded with posts from top of mind consulting firms acolytes suggesting they possess the enlightenment and guidance for all the world problems. It feels like living in a dystopian reality straight out of Mad Men, filled with incompetence, ignorance and intense self-centeredness.
I’m still intrigued by how can we place trust in individuals who lack accountability and integrity, when it seems the extent of their skills is simply recommending the best seats on long haul flights.
